Debi - I have a background in finance, publishing, customer service center, and travel management. Having worked for large companies such as Verizon Wireless, Military Press, and Citi Financial. Serving in various capacities ranging from marketing, sales, quality, and management. I also had a passion for keeping a clean house. I have 3 wonderful children and 7 grand kids. Along with a wonderful cats named Oreo, Junior, Cookie Mama, and Bear. And our dogs Zorro and Rowdy Boy (our wonderful rescue dog we got from Texas Star Rescue).
Larry - I have a background in customer service and project management. Serving in various capacities such as operations, team, quality, and project management over 12 years. Managing in centers as large as 1,000 people. At one point I was the Operations Manager for Wellcare Insurance which is similar to United Health Care. Also, handled team management and quality management for Alltel Communications as well as Verizon Wireless. When I was younger I worked for Brookshire's Grocery Company and received experience with floor management (maintaining floors). I have 1 son and my other pride and joy Oreo the cat.
Debi Cleans Houses - Forming in early 2011 was a vision created by Debi and Larry together. We had decided that the corporate lifestyle had ran it's course for us. With Debi's passion for house cleaning and Larry's background in floor management as well as marketing. Debi Does Houses was born. We strive to build the business combining the aspects of a service with the rapport of a "individual" cleaner. We have many happy clients and we even house and pet sit for many of them at this point. We are affordable (about 60% of MM prices) and honest.
Around April of 2017 the decision was made for Debi and I to begin to loosen the reigns on servicing homes and performing our own labor. We recently brought on Dana who will work with us as part of our regular third member. And Dana will train to eventually be assigned both regular clients and deep cleanings. Debi and I have passed on the great majority of deep cleanings since 2014. As our recurring load just did not leave us room to do these cleanings. Our goal is still remain involved in every cleaning DCH performs. Meaning we will stop by while your cleaning is going on to verify it's quality. Or we may help with the cleaning.
